Hizb-ul-Mujahideen on Tuesday condemned the civilian killings in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Monday evening. In a tele-statement to KNS, Hizb operational spokesman, Burhan-ud-din said that Deputy Supreme commander, Saifullah Khalid and field operational commander Muhammad bin Qasim strongly condemned the killing of three civilians by ‘unknown gunmen’. “It is India who is killing Kashmiris,” he said, appealing people to help them in identifying those who are behind such acts.
