Chattabal Encounter: One more militant identified as Top LeT commander | KNO

Srinagar, May 05 (KNO) : Police on Saturday late evening identified one more slain militant as top LeT commander. A police officer told News agency that second militant has been identified as Showkat Ahmad Tak son of Ghulam Hassan Tak, resident of Panzgam Pulwama.

According to the official, Tak was active since last 7 years and was close aide of Abu Qasim, Rehman Bhai and Abu Dujana of LeT. Tak was killed along with his two associates at Chattabal area of Srinagar today. One of his associates has been already identified as Fayaz Ahmad Hamal of Khanah Mohalla Srinagar, the officer said. Regarding third militant, the officer said that efforts are on to identify him.
