Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti on Tuesday convened an All Party Meet tomorrow amid fresh spike in the violence in Kashmir.
The meeting will take place at a time when 16 people- eight militants, seven civilians and a tourist have been killed in the valley in past four days. On Saturday three militants were killed in Srinagar’s Chattabal area, besides a teenager was knocked to death by a police vehicle.
Next day, five militants and equal number of civilians were killed in a gunfight at Badipora village of south Kashmir’s Shopian district. This morning a teen succumbed to his injuries at SMHS hospital taking the toll to 11 following Badipora gunfight.
