JKAP 12th Bn dedicates lavatory block to Zewan school | KNO

Srinagar, May 10 (KNO) : The J&K Armed Police 12th Bn Zewan dedicated a washroom block to a school in a function at Govt Boys High School Balhama.

The block was constructed under civic action programme and inaugurated by Headmistress Govt Boys High School Balhama Smt Roshan Ara Khan in presence of Commandant JKAP 12th Bn, respectable citizens of the village and school children. On the occasion, commandant JKAP 12th Bn advised the school children to excel in studies and extra curricular activities, besides impressed upon them to study with zeal and zest so that they can adopt any career of their choice which could give them work satisfaction. Headmistress Smt Roshan Ara Khan also spoke on the occasion and thanked J&K Police for undertaking such activities. In order to boost the morale of the students, some sports items were also presented to the school children.

A cultural programme was also presented by the school children on the occasion. The function was attended by Dy CO JKAP 12th Bn Shri Munir Ahmad, DySP Shri Nisar Ahmad and other staff members of School and JKAP 12th Bn.
