Pulwama village demands hospital functionalise despite from last several years | KNO

Drabgam village of pulwama in South kashmir is 10 km away from district headquarter and is one of the important village of pulwama.it was neglected by officials past 16 years in health sector despite the hospital building is complete for last 16 years bit not functional so for. In 2002 then MLA Rajpora Syed Bashir sahab give announce hospital to village and the work on building was started and building was completed within no time but till then the building is closed and not functional for common people from last 16 years said Abdul Ahad a resident of drabgam Only polio drops can take on this hospital in some days rest of days are closed .

The window pains of the building were broken even dogs entered there no one care for this building which has 30 rooms and the cost estimated laks of rupees spent on this building goes waste We suffered lot of problems especially womens deliver to pulwama hospital when we have a completed building when goes to officials we will take this year but so far 16 years goes no one will took this issue so far .we again requested government please give this hospital building function so that a huge population didn't suffer more. When contacted CMO pulwama DR Jaffer he said we will look into this matter hope every thing will be solved within days
