The JRL comprising Syed Ali Geelani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Muhammad Yasin Malik has already called for a shutdown against alleged desecration of Hizb commander Sameer Tiger's grave. The grave stone of Sameer Tiger went missing and people had blamed forces for the act.
