Kishtwar,June 10 (KNO) : The Kishtwar Police has registered two FIRs against the violators for trespass with motorcycle in Chowgan ground.
The FIRs registered include FIR No. 156/2018 under sections 188/279/336/RPC registered against Charanjit Singh S/O Gain Chand R/O Pochal riding motorcycle No. JK02AN-5396 and FIR No. 157/2018 under sections 188/279/366/RPC registered against Rahul Kumar S/O Bansi Lal R/O Pochal riding motorcycle JK17-1973. Senior Superintendent of Police Kishtwar Abrar Chowdhary said that despite wide publicity of the order under provision 144 Cr. PC the violators one hell bent to break & disobey the regulation.
There shall be no compromise or any relaxation on violation of 144/ Cr. PC and trespass in Chowgan, said the SSP. SSP Kishtwar has advised the youth/bikers no to bring any kind of vehicle in Chowgan ground as the same shall invite action against them and the action is nothing short of direct registration of FIR against the violator.
