Governor Rule imposed in Jammu and Kashmir for the 8th time. Sources told Rashtrapati Bhavan has approved imposition of Governor’s rule in J&K with immediate effect. President Ram Nath Kovind has approved Governor's Rule in Jammu and Kashmir with immediate effect after the BJP pulled out of its alliance with the People's Democratic Party (PDP) yesterday, which led to the collapse of the Mehbooba Mufti-led government. Last evening, Governor NN Vohra had forwarded his report to the President for imposition of central rule.
