July 02 (KNO) : Yesterday, Police Station Rainawari received information through reliable sources that some Government employees of JLNM Hospital Rainawari are misappropriating the Government supply medicines from the said hospital and are selling these medicines to some medical shopkeepers.
On receiving this information, a case FIR No 47/2018 under section 409 RPC stands registered in Police Station Rainawari and investigation was started. During the course of investigation, two employees of JLNM Hospital, identified as Shakeel Ahmad Shahid son of Bashir Ahmad Shahid resident of Housing Colony Bemina and Shameem Ahmad Khan son of Bashir Ahmad resident of Khanpora Beerwa Budgam were questioned.
On their disclosure, four boxes of “METOCLOPRAMIDE INJECTION I.P” were recovered and subsequently both the employees were arrested. Further investigation of the case is going on and more arrests are expected in the case.
