June 21: (KNO) : Wreath laying ceremony for Martyr Javaid Ahmad held at DPL Shopian
To pay homage to martyr Constable Javaid Ahmad Dar who was kidnapped and martyred by terrorists, a wreath laying ceremony was held at District Police Lines Shopian. SSP Shopian Shri Sandeep Choudhary IPS led the Police officers and jawans in laying the floral tributes on the mortal remains of the martyr.
Among others, ASP Shopian Shri Arif Amin Shah, DySP DAR Shri Nisar Khan, DySP Hqr Ashiq Hussain Tak and other officers and Jawans paid floral tributes on the mortal remains of the martyr. Last evening Ct Javaid Ahmad Dar son of Abdul Hamid Dar Belt No 844/Gbl resident of Vehil Chatwatan was abducted by terrorists and killed.
