Grenade lobbed on NC former legislator in Tral | KNO

Suspected militants on Friday hurled a grenade at the residence of former National Conference MLA Mohammad Subhan Bhat in Tral township of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district. This was second attack on the house in past one month. Reports said a grenade was hurled at the residence of Bhat in main town Tral. The grenade hit the roof of an adjoining house and exploded without causing any loss of life, they said. Eyewitnesses said that the blast triggered panic in the area. Police rushed to spot to assess the situation.
