Div Com starts regular briefing of Shri Amarnathji Yatra | KNO

SRINAGAR, JULY 07 (KNO) : In order to provide regular information to Shri Amarnathji pilgrims and their relatives, Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Baseer Ahmad Khan today started regular briefings. In today’s briefing Divisional Commissioner said that government had suspended Amarnath Yatra from Baltal camp in Sonamarg till the fair climatic conditions on this route. Helicopter services were provided to the stranded pilgrims and they were airlifted from Panjtarni to Baltal camp. “Divisional Administration had made adequate arrangements for the pilgrims.

All basic amenities were put in place in all Yatra camps like drinking water, electricity, ration, langers, round the clock medical facilities and other necessary facilities. There is no need to worry, all arrangements are already put in place and divisional administration is providing each and every help to the pilgrims of Shri Amarnathji Yatra,” he informed.
