Jammu and Kashmir's former Chief Minister and J & K National Conference leader Omar Abdullah has targeted the Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) and the People's Democratic Party (PDP) while saying that the government had made a lot of promises and today itself claims that they failed. National Conference Vice-President Omar Abdullah addressing party workers at Sher-E-Kashmir Bhawan Jammu said that, "The BJP-PDP government had made a lot of promises and today itself claims that they failed. He said that as soon as the government fell, the ministers started appearing in the inequalities in the coalition.

“Mehbooba Mufti used to first praise Prime Minister Narendra Modi but now she is saying that Modi should give one inch Jammu Kashmir to 56 inch chest”, he said. Omar Abdullah said that when PDP and BJP break alliance, after that PDP MLA and ex Ministers start exposing each other. “In 2014 we got 15 seats we can make govt but we stand with people’s decision”, he added.

PDP-BJP government made big promises and today they themselves say that they have failed; as soon as the government fell the ministers are finding disparities in the alliance," Abdullah said while attending the National Conference women workers meet here. Omar Abdullah further hitting out at the Mufti-led regime, Omar pointed out that neither justice nor development took place in either Jammu or Kashmir under her rule Omar Abdullah further added that “We fight election not for power but to move common people’s issues had that been so i would have never left the chair in 2002. To tell you the fact power is not my Amin.

He further added that, “We support peace and people of Kashmir want peace”. Omar Abdullah said that if people of Jammu are upset with government, more than that people of Kashmir are upset with BJP PDP. Omar said that why not people in Kashmir protest against governor rule. BJP PDP destroys Kashmir in these years that are the reason people always protest against BJPDP.

He said that these people (MLA, Minsters) enjoy their life, he said that Mehbooba Mufti said that PM Modi is the best PM of India and he can solve Kashmir, Now what happen why she opposite Modi. Omar said that the BJP has been using sensitive issues like Babri Masjid, Ram Temple, Article 370, 35A and for the vote bank during the elections. It has been four years since Narendra Modi's government came to power in the center, but why was there no solution to any such issue? Unfortunately the BJP has played with the emotions of the people. Omar Abdullah said that the BJP-PDP coalition government which has been in power since the year 2014 has been successful in doing corruption, misrule and scandal.

“There is a need to think again about several decisions taken during this government's tenure. For this, the NC has asked the Governor. They alleged that the funds used for cleaning and repairing Jhelum were not properly utilized, which should be examined”, he said. Omar said, "Unlike Ram Madhav's claim, the BJP unit of the state accepts that he is trying to break the PDP. It seems that it is their ideology to gain power at any cost. "Although Abdullah's claim was said to be a lie by Ram Madhav and said that we are supporter of continuing the President's rule. Omar Abdullah said that, “We want to make peace possible in Kashmir and National conference is stand with people of Jammu and Kashmir”.
