Dukhtaran-e-Millat on Wednesday said that India is committing genocide in Kashmir by killing innocent people on daily basis. Paying glowing tributes to the two Mujahideen and a civilian who were martyred in Shopian on Tuesday and to shaheed Ubaid Manzoor of Arihal, DeM spokesperson, Rifat Fatima, said that killing innocent Kashmiris deliberately has become a norm for the Indian forces.

" India has decided that they want Kashmir without the people of Kashmir. That is why we see new ways are employed by its brutal forces to murder Kashmiris on daily basis. For the past few months, apart from killing innocent Kashmiris by bullets and pellets , these occupying forces are now using vehicles to mow down our youth," she added.

Rifat said that India should understand that by employing more oppressive tactics more and more people in Kashmir will stand up against this illegal occupation. Rifat said that the party chairperson, Syedah Aasiyeh Andrabi, general secretary, Nahida Nasreen, press secretary Sofi Fehmeeda along with thousands of pro-resistance leadership and people are suffering in jails of these oppressors because they have been raising their voices against this oppressive and illegal Indian occupation.

" Our leaders represent the muzzled voices of Kashmiris and India should keep this in mind that such oppressive tactics won't make the Dukhtaran-e-Millat budge. Our resolve against India gets strengthened with every passing day and InshaAllah, we won't rest until the end of this occupation,"Rifat added. She further appealed people and Imaams to hold special prayers for the release of Andrabi Sahiba, Nahida Nasreen and Sofi Fehmeeda who have been illegally detained by the Indian NIA.
