Kashmir's trade bodies, tour operators, hoteliers, various chambers of industries and all transport bodies today joined hands against what they termed as open assault on article 35 and announced their full support to joint resistance leadership's call for two day strike on August 5 and 6.

Addressing a joint presser here, KTMF, KCCI, KCSDS, Fruit grovers, hoteliers and transporters association extended full support to JRLs two day strike call. They said that earlier also attacks were carried on article 370 and 35 A but the previous regimes at the centre dismissed all those petitions in the supreme court. " This time situation is different and the plea filed by We The Citizens seems to be backing of RSS and BJP. The plan to roll back 35 a and article 370 so that non state residents buy property here and settle down," they said. "

We will spill our blood but won't allow any tinkering with our special status and state subject laws. They said separate programs will start from their side from tomorrow onwards while as on August 5 and 6 JRL program will be followed.
