We are work to spread moral education among women since 1980 : DeM | KNO

In a statement, DeM spokesperson, Rifat Fatima, said that this was another ploy of Indian government and it paid media to create false notions and perceptions regarding the All-women religious group.

“ Dukhtaran-e-Millat was formed in 1981 and there was no armed struggle going on in Kashmir back then. Our work is to aware people about religious practices, spread moral education among the women and keep working on our religious obligations,” she added.

“ Now that the Indian government failed to gather any evidence against us, it is trying to establish our relationship with armed struggle and want to suppress our genuine voice,” she added. Rifat said that India knows what the DeM leaders are demanding. “ People of Jammu and Kashmir want their right to self-determination. It is our right and we will not stop demanding it. To suppress this voice, India is resorting to these lies and conspiracies,” she added.

“ Whatever is being spread on social media and other media platforms by the paid Indian journalist is just to suppress our voices and establish our links with armed struggle by spreading lies,” she added. She said that such propaganda and lies won’t deter DeM and its cadres from demanding their right. “ These reports are baseless and hold no ground,” she added. Rifat said that people in JK shouldn’t pay attention to the rubbish that is being spread by the Indian media. “ “We pray to the Allah SWT to expose these liars and seek his divine intervention for freedom of JK,” she added.
