Participants of panchayat polls to face acid attacks : Hizbs JK chief | KNO

Srinagar, Aug 27 (KNO) :  The Hizbul Mujahideen commander for JK state Reyaz Ahmed Naikoo today said those who would caste votes in upcoming Panchayat polls will be attacked with acid. He also asked heads of news agencies to give proper coverage to militants.

In a short audio clip released here, Naikoo said that Hizbul Mujahideen has come to know that some people are collecting money in the name of outfit but they don't need money and instead people must pray and support militants. He said those planning to participate in Panchayat polls must know that they will be attacked with acid. "They should keep their shrouds ready with their voting forms.

We have mixed hydrochloric acid with sulphuric acid," said Naikoo. He also asked the heads of various news agencies to give proper coverage to militants and maintain balance in news reports.
