Srinagar 19TH September 2018 (KNO) : Chairman of Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) Muhammad Yasin Malik has paid rich tributes to innocent martyrs Bilal Ahmad Najar, Noorul Amin Dugga and Maroof Ahmad Nath all residents of Khanabal who were brutally killed by police on 18th September 2010 .

The two young innocent boys namely Bilal Ahmad Najar and Noorul Amin Dugga were killed in the police firing outside Ahlihadis-Masjid Khanabal in Islamabad (Anant-Nagh) in the morning of 18th September, 2010, while they were joining funeral (Janazah) peacefully of another victim Maroof Ahmad Nath of the same locality and who was drowned to death earlier. JKLF chairman said that these young boys became victims of Indian aggression and till date their Killers in uniform are roaming free.

JKLF chairman while hailing the parents and kith and kin of these Martyrs said that from last eight years, these victims are fighting a legal battle against killers including one DySp Noor-ul-Hassan Parray and though court has ordered the persecution and even arrest of the killers, till date no one has been arrested in this case. JKLF chairman said that hundreds of innocents have been killed in 2008, 2010, 2011, and 2016 and till date this spree of killings is going on and killers enjoying immunity from persecution are at large and instead of being penalized are being promoted.

JKLF chairman said that these innocent Killings are a blot on the face of so-called Indian democracy and according to the law of retribution, the killers and perpetrators will have to face justice one day for these crimes against humanity. While condemning the onslaught against Muharam procession across the valley especially in Srinagar today, JKLF chairman said that Srinagar was sealed by barricades, restrictions and curfew and when mourners defied these barricades they were showered upon with Pellets, Tear smoke shells and Lathees resulting in injuries to many mourners.

JKLF chairman also condemned the arrest of hundreds of mourners and termed this highhandedness as direct interference in religious affairs. While condemning the attacks by some goons on Kashmiri Businessmen in Manali Hiamchal Predesh India, JKLF chairman said that Kashmiri Businessmen are facing RSS supported goons and police apathy in Manali where their business related goods have been vandalized and they have been warned to leave Manali immediately or face death and destruction.

Meanwhile JKLF vice chairman Advocate Bashir Ahmad Butt along with District president Muhammad Ishaaq Ganie, Mushtaq Ahmad Kuchay and Nazir Ahmad Khan visited Anchidora Islamabad (Anantnagh) and met with the bereaved family of recently martyred Innocent Raof Ahmad Ganie who was brutally killed by forces at Kulgam. JKLF leader expressed solidarity with the bereaved family.

Also JKLF has expressed its heartfelt grief and sorrow over the demise of mother of JKLF senior Bashir Ahmad Butt Pathwari at Chooru Ganderbal. JKLF zonal president Noor Muhammad Kalwal, along with Ghulam Jeelani, Fayaz Ahmad, Muhammad Amin and others visited the bereaved family and expressed condolences to them. It is worth to mention that JKLF district President Ganderbal Bashir Ahmad Rather (Boya) has been arrested by police two days before and he is still in police custody.
