Srinagar September 28 (KNO) : Strongly condemning the killing of a youth, Mohammad Saleem Malik, of Safa Kadal, Noorbagh in cold blood, Dukhtaran-e-Millat on Friday said that India has given a free hand to all the occupational forces to commit genocide of Kashmiris.

“Mohammad Saleem was coming out of his home and these trigger happy forces emptied the magazines of their guns on him. With an excuse that Mujahideen were present in the area, these brutal forces killed an innocent soul,” DeM spokesperson, Rifat Fatima, said in a statement. She said that Mohammad Saleem is from the same area wherein these murderers mowed down a youth, Aadil Ahmad, under the police vehicle.

“That day, police came up with an excuse that Aadil was pelting stones and on Thursday, after killing Mohammad Saleem, these brutal forces came up with the cooked up story of presence of Mujahideen in the area,” she added. These brutal killings of innocent Kashmiri youth are strongly condemnable. “It only exposes that India has given free hand to its forces, be it JKP, CRPF, Army and other forces, to kill the Kashmiri youth whenever they get a chance,” she added. “

These forces use all tactics to kill us,” she added. Meanwhile, Rifat paid glowing tributes to two Mujahideen, Sheeraz Ahmad Bhat of Kralwari Chadoora and Irfan Ahmad Dar of Lulipora, Kakapora in Pulwama who achieved martyrdom in Panzan village in Budgam. Rifat said that Irfan, who was an SPO earlier, left that job and joined the ranks of Mujahideen to fight for this pious cause. “He left the occupational forces and joined the forces of Allah SWT and now became a guest of Allah SWT in his Jannah,” she added.

She also paid glowing tributes to Mujahid, Asif Malik, who achieved martyrdom at Gasigund Mehmoodabad area in Dooru area of south Kashmir’s. Rifat further condemned the use of brute force against the civilians in the adjoining areas of the Budgam after the gunfight on Thursday. “The civilians in these areas were showered with pellets injuring scores of them,” she added. She said that no matter how much India oppresses Kashmiris, it is certain that Kashmiris are up against India and will not rest until they free their homeland from the Indian occupation.(KNO)
