JAMMU & KASHMIR Truck drivers stage protest Pulwama | KNO Published 280 weeks ago on October 30, 2018 By BASHARAT RASHID Pulwama, October 30 (KNO) : Truck drivers staged a protest at Lethpora pampore against the Food corporation of India (FCI) for failing to unload their loaded trucks.Truck drivers told KNO that they are stranded with loaded vehicles in Lethpora from last “one month" as their trucks are yet to be unloaded by FCI. The protestors said that their requests for unloading the trucks turned into deaf ears. They added that “number of trucks were illegally unloaded without their turn" and demanding unloading of the vehicles as early as possible as it has marred their livelihood. The protestors were chanting slogans and requested concerned authorities to look into the matter.
