Encounter Rages in Shopian | KNO

Shopian, November 25 (KNO) : An encounter has started between Militants and Government Forces in Kapran area of South Kashmir’s Shopian District. Police sources confirms KNO that encounter underway in Kapran Shopian, 44 RR of Army, SOG of Jammu Kashmir Police and CRPF jointly on job, Earlier Forces had launched a Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) in the area upon receiving a specific input about the presence of Militants in the area, More reinforcements have been called to the spot as forces have installed search lights over the area. Reports reaching KNO three to Four Militants are believed to be trapped in a residential house (KNO)
