Srinagar, December 07 (KNO) : A family from Hajin area of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district has appealed its militant son to return home for the sake of his elderly parents. On Wednesday, a gun-wielding picture of a 14-year-old youth from Hajin town in North Kashmir’s Bandipora district went viral on social networking sites. Mudasir Ahmad Parray had left home on August 31 along with another 16-year-old boy Bilal Ahmad, after an encounter took place at Parray Mohalla in which three Lashkar militants were killed. “We were shocked to see his viral picture holding rifle on social media,” said the father of missing son.“We will all die, one by one, if you don’t return,” Fareeda, his mother cried, urging her son to listen to her pleas.“We lodged a missing report in Police Station Hajin. They told us they’ll do whatever could be possible for them,” mother of missing son Fareeda said. “We are shocked because Mudasir never made us believe that he was inclined towards militancy. He assisted his father and spent most of the time at home,” said the family members. “Our family is shattered. We appeal him, wherever he is, to come back home. Don’t leave us like this”, his mother said as tears rolled down her cheeks. “We have faced many hardships till now, as our father is a heart patient and is not even able to afford all the expenses of the family, said Mudasir’s sister, adding that “our father is a heart patient, we all have gathered here with the only purpose that my brother should return back to home.”(KNO)
