JAMMU & KASHMIR JKPCC urges Guv to consider demand of Kargil residents | KNO Published 273 weeks ago on December 19, 2018 By KashmirNewsObserver Srinagar, December 19 (KNO): J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) has urged the state Governor to consider the demand of the people of Kargil for university in the district in view of its remoteness and backwardness and need to have better facilities of higher learning. In a statement issued to KNO, JKPCC Spokesperson said that Kargil is agitating for a central Universality in the area with one voice. "The genuine demands and aspirations of this remote and backward area can’t be ignored and neglected any longer," he said, adding that Congress urged the Governor S.P.
