Srinagar, December 21 (KNO) : Demanding early assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir, Peoples Conference (PC) Chairman, Sajjad Gani Lone on Friday said that the party won’t enter into any pre-poll alliance either with regional or national parties, saying that the candidates of the party will fight the elections from all 87 seats of the State. While addressing a news conference here at his Gupkar residence, Lone also welcomed the former MLA from Zadibal constituency in the party. According to KNO correspondent, Lone said that PC will fight elections from all 87 seats. “The candidates will be chosen from each and every constituency of the assembly as more people are joining their hands with the party either new in politics or former leaders,” he added. About elections, Lone said, “We demand early elections in Jammu and Kashmir and want people should get their elected representatives." About Dr Farooq Abdullah’s statement, PC chairman said that the party has no objection in supporting National Conference’s autonomy proposal, however put a rider saying he demanded 'white paper' to identify those who eroded it, on corruption and on elections held in 1987, 1996 and 2002. “They should identify those who eroded resolution and keep them away,” Lone said. Former MLA Zadibal Ansari on joining the PC said that he left PDP as “there was no dictatorship, nepotism and corruption in the party.”(KNO)
