Asks Pak to shun path of ‘terrorism’, says dialogue only way to resolve issues

Srinagar, January 05 (KNO) : Former chief minister and National Conference (NC) president, Dr Farooq Abdullah on Saturday said that dialogue between India and Pakistan is the only way to settle down issues. "The only way to resolve issues between the two countries is to sit down on dialogue table. The issues can't be solved by any other way," Abdullah said while talking to reporters. According to KNO correspondent, Dr Abdullah asked Pakistan to shun the path of using ‘terrorism'. On being asked about the elections in the state he said that his party will come out victorious. “NC will emerge victorious in the elections, " he said. He said that the he hoped that both India and Pakistan be friends to each other. “Pakistan should shun the path of terrorism and be friends with India,” he said.(KNO)
