Eye witnesses told KNO that some councillors entered into a verbal brawl during a session of councillors session at the SMC. "Some councillors resorted to abusing the deputy Mayor after some hurled a chair towards the head of Deputy Mayor and within minutes blood started oozing out from his forehead," a witness said.
