Two absconders arrested in Jammu | KNO

Jammu, January 31 (KNO) : Gandhi Nagar Police on Thursday claimed to have arrested one absconder Paramjeet Singh, son of S. Anoop Singh of H. No. 671-A Gandhi Nagar, Jammu and produced him in the Court of law. According to a statement issued to KNO, police said that he was involved in case FIR No. 183/2010 under section 279/337/338 RPC P/S Gandhi Nagar and was evading his arrest since long. “Similarly, Sidhra Police arrested one absconder Faryad Ali, son of Bashir Ahmed of Ragoora, Jammu and produced him in the Court of law,” police said, adding that he was involved in case FIR No. 116/2007 U/S 188 RPC 3/5 PCA Act P/S Jhajjar Kotli and was evading his arrest since 2015. The Court has already issued warrant under section 512 CrPC against these absconders.(KNO)
