Massive Anti militancy operation launched in Kupwara village | KNO

Kupwara, February 06 ( KNO) : Government forces on early Wednesday morning launched a massive cordon and search operation in Salkoote village in northern Kashmirs kupwara district. Reports reaching KNO that, on Wednesday early morning a joint team of security forces laid a siege in Salkoote village following a specific tiff, at about 07:15 Am the forces started door to door search operation. As Per locals door to door search operation was being conducted, security personals were deployed in strength laying siege in the village. A top official from police Department also confirmed the search operation. However searches are still on in the area, The official told KNO.
