No specific link between ISJK, groups in Iraq, Syria | KNO

Srinagar, February 12 (KNO) : Government of India on Tuesday disclosed that there was no specific connection between Islamic State , Jammu and Kashmir and the group’s operating in Iraq and Syria. As per reports, no specific connection has surfaced between the outfit ISJK and the groups operating in Iraq and Syria. According to KNO, it has been reported that seven local youths have joined ISJK through self proclamation. “Out of these four militants were neutralized on June 2018 at Khiram Srigufawara, Anantnag, two were arrested and one is presently active in the Valley," said union minister for home Hansraj Gangaram Ahir He stated this in a written reply to a question in the Lok Sabha today.(KNO)
