The decision was announced by the BJP senior leader Arun Jaitley as the cabinet meeting to review security scenario in the valley is underway at PM Modi's residence in Delhi. 49 CRPF personnel were killed and the attacker too was killed after he rammed explosive laden SUV into the forces convoy on Srinagar-Jammu strategic highway on Thursday. The militant was identified as Adil Ahmad Dar from Pulwama by JeM who had recorded a video before conducting the attack.
