Jammu, March 18 (KNO): Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) founder member from Bhaderwah, Thakur Yudhvir Singh on Monday joined Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Jammu. According to KNO correspondent, Singh joined BJP in presence of PMO MoS Dr Jitender Singh, BJP State President Ravinder Raina and other senior leaders at paty headquarters Trikuta Nagar Jammu.
Singh has served PDP for two decades. "We have apprised Mehbooba about the serious matter including the most important issue pertaining to annulment of Hindu mandate for Bhaderwah constituency which is overlooked by the party President best known to her," Singh said, adding that 'non seriousness in the party' forced him to walk away from PDP.
Lonely Hindu face from Chenab Valley Thakur Yudvir Singh has been seen as a founder member of the People’s Democratic Party, resigned along with all his office bearers of Bhaderwah constituency. The resigned leaders include Lekh Raj Bhagat, Jaswant Singh, Mohinder Singh, Shiv Kumar Rajit Sharma Pardeep Sharma, Ravinder Katoch, Manju Manhas, Kamla Devi, Rattan Chand, K K Kotwal, Yog Raj Manhas.(KNO)
