Sopore, March 22 (KNO): Class work in all the educational institutions in Sopore will continue to remain suspended on Saturday, district administration Baramulla said on Friday.
According to KNO correspondent, an order has been issued by the district administration in Baramulla in this regard, saying the decision to close education institutions has been taken as a precautionary measure.
"In view of prevailing situation and as a precautionary measures class work in all the educational institutions private or Government shall remain suspended tomorrow on March 22," officials said.
A local militant from Sopore was killed along with associate in an encounter in Kalatara area of Baramulla.
Another gunfight is underway in Warpora area of Sopore as well. (KNO)
