Army man slips to death on in Boniyar sector of Uri | KNO

Baramulla, March 29 (KNO) : An Army man died after he slipped and fell into a deep gorge in upper reaches of Boniyar sector of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Thursday late night. Police officials told KNO that the deceased identified as Naik Parvez Ahmad of 5 Grenadiers was part of patrolling party late last evening when he slipped and fell into a gorge at Turna area of Boniyar along Line of Control. Parvez who hails from Rajasthan sustained serious injuries following which he was immediately shifted to nearby hospital where doctors declared him brought dead on arrival.(KNO)
