Woman dies in Rafiabad mishap | KNO

Rafiabad, May 20 (KNO) : A woman died after she was hit by a mini bus at Watergam in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Monday evening. Reports reaching to KNO said that a speedy mini bus bearing registration number JK05-5691 hit a woman who was identified as Shameema Begum wife of Abdul Salam Gorji of Watergam Rafiabad. Reports said that she was critically injured in the mishap. However, she succumbed to her injuries on way to hospital. Meanwhile, a police official also confirmed the incident to KNO and said driver of the vehicle has been arrested and further investigation has been initiated.(KNO)
