Reports reaching to KNO that a joint team of forces including 34 RR and SOG launched search Operation in the area after having credible inputs about the presence of militants in the area. As forces intensified search operation towards a suspected spot, militants opened fire triggered encounter. One militant has been killed in an encounter so far and operation is on, an official said to KNO.
