Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Baseer Ahmad Khan told KNO that decision to close the educational institutions across the Valley has been taken as a precautionary measure. The schools and colleges remained closed today as well as precautionary measure. The decision to close down the educational institutions was taken following the killing of a top militant commander Zakir Musa. Musa was killed in a gunfight at Dadsara Tral on Thursday evening.
