Sopore, June 11(KNO): Government forces on Tuesday early morning launched a cordon-and-search operation at wadoora payeen village of sopore in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district. Reports reaching KNO said that a joint team of army’s 22 RR, SOG and CRPF launched a cordon-and-search operation at Wodoora payeen area of Sopore. Police sources said that operation was launched following the inputs about the movement of suspected militants. Local sources said that contingents of forces have been deployed in the village and a door to door search operation is going on. Earlier a gunfight was broke out between militants and Government forces in Awneera village of zainapora belt in South kashmir's Shopian district during Pre dawn hours in which a according to police two militants killed so for(KNO)
