Ashraf, Director NIT Srinagar, Rakesh Sehgal, noted writer and former Secretary Cultural Academy, Mohammad Yusuf Taing, former Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Ghulam Nabi Naik, noted journalist, Mohammad Sayeed Malik, S.
