Sources told KNO that Army team patrolling the highway found something suspicious in nature lying on highway stretch at Narian village of Rajouri following which an alert was sounded. "Bomb disposal squad and police teams rushed to the spot," they said. The traffic along Rajouri-Poonch highway was suspended. After receiving a clearance from bomb disposal squad, authorities have restored traffic along Rajouri-Poonch highway which was suspended for detection of some 'suspicious' material in Narain area of the district.
