Two students beaten mercilessly in Rajouri school, guardians approach police | KNO

Rajouri, July 22 (KNO) : Principal of a private educational institute in Rajouri mercilessly beat up two sixth class students. In wake of this, the guardians of both students have lodged complaint before police and have demanded action against the school head. An official told KNO that Mohammad Owaise and Hassan Nabi, both students of 6th class in Dawn Public school Rajouri, were produced before Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Rajouri Yougal Manhas by their guardians. They said the students were beaten mercilessly by Principal of Dawn Public School Rajouri over some issue of summer vacations home work assigned to the students. "We demand action as our children have been beaten ruthlessly and mercilessly," they said. SSP Rajouri Yougal Manhas told KNO that after receiving formal complaint, police has taken cognizance of the matter and DySP Headquarters Rajouri has been appointed as investigating officer of the case.
