Srinagar, July 24 (KNO) : Tehreek-e-Hurriyat Chairman Mohammad Ashraf Sehrai Wednesday expressed happiness and relieved over the release and acquittal of three Kashmiri prisoners, Lateef Ahmed Waza, Mirza Nisar Hussain and Ali Mohammad Bhat, residents of Srinagar city after 23 years of prison who were “falsely implicated in Lajpat Nagar and Samleti bomb blast cases.” Reacting over the acquittal, Sehrai in a statement issued to KNO said that “it indicated and gives us an idea about the working of Indian judiciary and how much bias it harbors against the Kashmiris.” “They are hell bent to Stifles any voice of dissent with ease and ruin the life of every man who denies being a collaborator. Justice is the last thing one can expect from the legal system but when it comes to Kashmir it is all together a different world as vindicated by such decisions,” he said.(KNO)
