Srinagar, August 04 (KNO) : PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti today said a meeting of all political parties was convened in a hotel but police asked all hotels not to allow any such meeting and now the meeting of all parties has been called at 6 pm. According to KNO, she also urged separatists and Ulema to join the meet for a unanimous consensus and a united response to the prevailing situation.  Addressing a press conference at her Gupkar residence here, she said:"We had made an effort to tell the people of this country and govt that what could be the consequence if they toy with 35A, 370. We made an appeal too but no assurance has been given yet from centre. They are not bothered to say that everything will be alright. She said that the political parties here had decided to hold a meeting, at a hotel today. "But police has issued an advisory to all hotels not to let political parties hold any meeting in hotels. So we're holding a meeting at 6 pm today at my home." She also urged separatists and Ulema to join the meet for forging unity at this juncture by rising above the political ideologies.(KNO)
