3 youth booked for concealing their travel history in Kashmir | KNO

Srinagar, Mar 23 (KNO): At least three people were booked by Jammu and Kashmir police for concealing their travel history, officials said on Monday. According to wire service—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), officials said that two youth from Awantipora have been booked under 25/2020 under section 188, 270 and 271 IPC. Officials said that one of the youth had arrived Kashmir from Bangladesh while the other had travelled from Pakistan. The officials meanwhile appealed people not to conceal their travel history. Similarly, a youth from Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district was also booked by the district police for concealing the travel history, officials said. The administration has been appealing people not to conceal the travel history due to the Coronavirus epidemic and also appealing them to come reveal their travel history voluntarily – (KNO)
