31 new quarantine facilities set up in Rajouri | KNO

Rajouri, Mar 24 (KNO): Authorities in Rajouri district have established 31 new quarantine facilities across the district as a preparation to deal with any situation amid COVID-19 scare. Officials told wire service—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the authorities are putting in place all possible arrangements and are undertaking all required steps to deal with the situation. They informed that 31 new quarantine facilities have been setup in identified buildings across the district, adding that in the 31 new quarantine facilities, there is 1210 bed capacity and all the facilities are ready for use. The management committee of all these facilities stands constituted and staff has been deputed and they are in a position to make any facility functional where and when required, they added. Pertinent to mention here that quarantine facilities are made for keep any person in isolation to avoid his contact with other people which is a prerequisite under social distancing efforts to prevent COVID19 – (KNO)
