Drug peddler arrested in Ganderbal: Police | KNO

Ganderbal, Mar 30(KNO): Jammu and Kashmir police Monday claimed to have arrested a drug peddler and recovered contraband substance from his possession in Safapora area of central kashmir's ganderbal district. According to wire service-Kashmir News Observer (KNO), an official said that the accused, identified as Mohammad Ayub Parray son of Saif-ud-din Parray of Safapora , was apprehended during a drive against those involved in drug peddling in the area and 20 bottles of Codine phasphate and 210 Capsules of Spasmo Proxyvon recovered from his possession. An FIR has been registered and an investigation has been taken up. As part of the drive, the police have requested people to provide them any information regarding drug peddlers in their neighbourhood. Pertinently, this is the third time in this month Police station Safapora has successfully nabbed such culprits who are destructing the young Generation of area—(KNO)
