23 students walk home after completing quarantine period in Sopore | KNO

Sopore, Apr 04 (KNO): At least 23 students were on Saturday discharged by Sopore hospital administration after they completed 14 days of quarantine period there while 300 more persons are still kept under quarantine in north Kashmir’s Baramulla hospital, officials said.

“23 students have successfully completed the 14-day-long quarantine period and were discharged from the accommodation provided to them,” officials told wire service—Kashmir News Observer (KNO).

Block Medical Officer (BMO) Sopore, Asif Khanday told—KNO that, “Students have been allowed to go home today with the advice that they must remain in home quarantine for the period of more 14 days.” Meanwhile, at least 300 persons are under quarantine in Baramulla Hospital and three patients have so far been tested positive for deadly Coronavirus –(KNO)
