In a statement issued here, Thakur said that people should repent for their sins and pray to Almighty to save the humanity from the ongoing pandemic—Covid-19. Thakur said that people across the J&K UT must follow guidelines of health experts and maintain social distancing. He said people must cash in on the auspicious occasion of Shab-e-Baraat and bow before Allah and seek his mercy in these testing times.
