Army recruitment rally for Valley districts from May 27 | KNO

Srinagar, Apr 08 (KNO): Army Recruiting Office, Srinagar will be hosting a recruitment rally at Helipad Ground, Sonarwani Bandipora (J&K) from 27 May 2020 to 05 Jun 2020 covering districts Bandipora, Kupwara, Ganderbal, Baramulla, Srinagar, Budgam, Pulwama, Shopian, Anantnag and Kulgam. In a statement issued to wire service—Kashmir News observer (KNO), officials said that the categories will be Soldier General Duty (GD), Soldier Tradesmen (8th and 10th), Soldier Clerk/Store Keeper Technical/Inventory Management (Clk/SKT/IM), Soldier Technical and Soldier Nursing Assistant/Nursing Assistant Veterinary. Screening of the eligible candidates volunteering to join Indian Army will be carried out at rally site as per the schedule intimated through respective e-mail IDs. All prospective candidates should register and apply online through website. Registration will remain open between 28 Mar 2020 to 11 May 2020. Common Entrance Exam (CEE) (Written Test) for the qualified candidates and review medical candidates will be held on 26 Jul 2020 at APS, BB Cantt, Srinagar. Selection will be made purely on merit basis. Aspirants are advised not to fall prey to any tout/anti-social element. Selected candidates will not only get an opportunity to serve in the Army but will also be able to serve the Nation with honour & dignity –(KNO)
