J&K gets permanent bench of CAT | KNO

Jammu bench to sit at both capitals of UT

Srinagar, May 28 (KNO): The Government of India on Thursday notified constitution of a permanent bench of Central Administrative Tribunal for J&K and Ladakh Union Territories. According to notification issued by Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pension, a copy of which is with the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), the Jammu bench will look into service matters of both J&K and Ladakh UTs. In another notification, the ministry said that Jammu bench will sit at Jammu and Srinagar to hear service matters of both the UTs—(KNO)
