Official told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), that an 18-year-old girl from Cheva area of Bandipora has set herself ablaze with kerosene oil on Wednesday afternoon. Following the incident, she was immediately rushed to Srinagar’s SMHS Hospital. Sources at SMHS hospital told KNO that the girl had 96 per cent burn injury and she later succumbed on Thursday afternoon.
